Using ASuiteWeek Travel Card
Please visit www.ASuiteWeek.com to activate your card. ASuiteWeek is valid for your accommodations only. It does not include food, beverages, taxes (including, but not limited to transient occupancy tax, energy surcharges, international taxes or fees), gratuities, transportation, service charges, resort deposits or incidental expenses. These items will be paid upon check-in or check-out at the host property.
The Travel Card is subject to official terms and conditions, rules and regulations as posted at www.ASuiteWeek.com and modified from time to time at our sole discretion. The Travel Card is not redeemable for cash and is non-refundable. Please safeguard your card; it will not be replaced if lost or stolen. This card is for one time use only. ASuiteWeek Travel Cards can be redeemed only on-line at www.ASuiteWeek.com. The savings amount print on the front of the Travel Card will be deducted from our retail price per week of $1599.00 U.S. Please ensure that adequate funds are available to cover the final purchase. Not valid with any other coupons, discounts or promotional offers. This card is VOID if sold over the INTERNET, however can be used as a gift with purchase.

ASuiteWeek is valid for your accommodations only. It does not include food, beverages, taxes (including, but not limited to transient occupancy tax, energy surcharges, international taxes or fees), gratuities, transportation, service charges, resort deposits or incidental expenses. These items will be paid upon check-in or check-out at the host property. Available units with two or more bedrooms are subject to a $50 per week, per unit additional fee.
You are solely responsible for payment of any applicable taxes, gratuities, personal expenses, utility charges, security deposits and other fees or charges levied by a resort and/or provider of accommodations for the use of amenities and facilities.
Liability for a Lost/Stolen Card or Unauthorized Transactions
The Travel Card can not be replaced if it is lost or stolen, with certain restrictions. You should call 760-431-8600 immediately to report a Travel Card is lost or stolen. You will be required to provide your name, the Travel Card number and pin. We reserve the right to require an affidavit and conduct an investigation into the validity of any request. You will not be liable for transactions identified by us as unauthorized. A reissued Travel Card may take up to 30 days to process.
